#36daysoftype
36 Days of Type is a project that invites designers, illustrators and visual artists to express their unique interpretation of the letters and numbers of the alphabet.
This was my first time participating in the #36daysoftype challenge. First, I wanted to only create in black and white. I wanted to really focus on the shapes and compositions for my first go.
Second, I didn't want to limit myself to a particular typographical system. I really wanted each visual to basically look like fun and unique poster without worrying too much about consistency and coherence.
Third, I wanted to explore artistic styles or mediums that were out of my comfort zone. You'll notice some calligraphy, 3D, glitch art and even an animation (!). I hope you enjoy!
